Price and Payment

The price of products will be as shown on this website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been processed. Despite our best efforts, prices of some products listed on the website may be incorrect. We will normally verify prices as part of our processing procedures so that if the product's correct price is less than the stated price on this website, it will be charged the lower amount when processing the order. If the product's correct price is higher than the stated price on this website, we will contact you for instructions before processing the order. We are under no obligtion to provide the product to you at the incorrect lower price even if we have confirmed and processed your order if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have been reasonably noticed by you as a misake in pricing.

Payment for all products must be by credit card via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. For cheque on delivery, we will collect the cheque upon delivery the products to you. We reserve the rights to refuse dispatching of your order without receiving payment in full. For cheque payment, please make cheques payable to "The Naturalist Grandeur LLP". For all other electronic payments such as GrabPay, PayNow or PayLah, please kindly ensure that all payments are made in full before we dispatch your order.

All orders, once confirmed, are non-refundable. Exchange of products can only be done within 7 days of purchases and is on a case-by-case basis.
